I'm Coach Nat, or Natalie A. N. Elliott, a passionate advocate for growth and personal development in all forms. As a licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, and certified sex therapist, I've dedicated my career to helping others navigate their relationships and personal sexual challenges. With certifications in supervision across these areas, my expertise has touched many lives, guiding individuals and couples toward healthier, more fulfilling sexual relationships & interactions.

However, life is about evolving, and after reaching a certain point in my career, I yearned for a new horizon to conquer. My venture into coaching was sparked during a transformative moment in therapy. I was working with a couple—she, a fellow therapist struggling to balance her career, and finances & growing her private practice; he, a dedicated professional in his own right. Their challenge wasn’t just about improving their sex life; it was also about BALANCE. Witnessing her struggle, my instincts as a coach ignited! The whole session, I wanted to help her with her practice building! She was tired. She was struggling with marketing! She was trying to balance motherhood with entrepreneurship and all the while her husband was feeling neglected.  I started to notice my excitement to help her develop her business was more enticing than helping her rebuild her sex life and marriage. So I made a decision: Practice Building Coaching – Here I come!

This calling coincided with a pivotal time in my personal life. In 2021, I faced the profound loss of my youngest brother to complications from diabetes. His entrepreneurial spirit and creative endeavors, like publishing a book put a hook in my heart for life. He lived with the belief that his pain should serve a purpose, a philosophy that deeply influences my coaching approach today.

In his memory, and to fill the void his passing left, I've embraced the role of your "Professional Big Sister." This title isn't just a tribute; it's my commitment to guide you as he would have—with compassion, dedication, and an unwavering belief in your potential.
